Coliter ® Stainless Steel Flange Gate Valve – PN16, ≤200°C, Soft-Seated for Water, Steam & Oil
Z45T Stainless Steel Flange Gate Valve – Non-Rising Stem Gate Valve with CF8 Body and EPDM/NBR Soft Seal for Zero Leakage
The Coliter® Z45T Stainless Steel Flange Gate Valve is a high-performance, non-rising stem gate valve designed for reliable shut-off in industrial and utility pipelines handling water, steam, oil, and other non-corrosive media. Constructed from premium CF8 (304 stainless steel) for the body, bonnet, disc, and stem nut—with an SS304 stem—it offers excellent corrosion resistance and long service life. Unlike metal-sealed variants, the Z45T features a **soft-seated sealing design**, typically using **EPDM or NBR elastomer** on the wedge or seat, enabling **bubble-tight, zero-leakage closure** even after extended use. Rated at **PN16 (1.6 MPa)**, it undergoes rigorous testing: shell test at **2.4 MPa** and seal test at **1.76 MPa**. Suitable for operating temperatures up to **200°C**, it is ideal for heating systems, power plants, chemical processing, and municipal infrastructure. The valve complies with Chinese standards including **GB/T 12234 (design), GB/T 12221 (face-to-face length), and GB/T 13927 (pressure testing)**, and features **standard flanged end connections** per **GB/T 9113 or JB/T 79**. Available in sizes from **DN50 to DN1200**, its compact non-rising stem design saves installation space while delivering smooth, low-torque operation and maintenance-free performance in demanding fluid control applications.

Introduction to Flange gate valve
Coliter®’s flange gate valves are precision-engineered for demanding applications in chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, and marine environments where corrosion resistance and leak-tight performance are critical. The series includes the Z41W stainless steel rising stem gate valve, Z45H non-rising stem type with metal seat, Z45T soft-seated variant, and advanced ZJM45X/Z45X soft seal densified models—all featuring CF8/CF8M (304/316) stainless steel bodies, full-port design, and flanged ends per PN16 (DN15–DN300) or ANSI 150# standards. With operating temperatures up to 180°C (soft seal) or 425°C (metal seal), these valves deliver zero leakage, smooth operation, and long service life in aggressive media, high-purity water, and steam systems.
