The Coliter® CZ15X Magnetic Lock Soft Seal Gate Valve is a compact, threaded-end security valve engineered for residential water supply, heating systems, and small utility networks where unauthorized operation must be prevented. It features an innovative magnetic self-locking mechanism that automatically locks the valve at any position—open, closed, or partially open—and can only be operated using a dedicated magnetic tool, offering superior anti-theft and tamper-proof protection without external keys or mechanical locks. The valve achieves bubble-tight shut-off through a resilient NBR or EPDM elastomer-coated wedge gate that compresses against a precision-machined ductile iron seat, eliminating leakage and overcoming common issues like rust and poor sealing in conventional gate valves. Its flat-bottom valve cavity mirrors the internal pipe profile, preventing debris buildup and ensuring smooth, low-resistance flow. Constructed from high-grade ductile iron (QT450) for the body, bonnet, and disc—with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel stem—the CZ15X ensures long service life and reliable operation. Both interior and exterior surfaces are coated with non-toxic epoxy resin, making it safe for potable water and suitable for sewage applications. Rated for PN10/16 (1.0–1.6 MPa) and suitable for media temperatures from -10°C to 80°C, it complies with Chinese standards including GB/T 8464 (design and structure), GB/T 13927 (testing), and JB/T 7307 (BSP parallel threads). Available in sizes from DN15 to DN100 with female BSP (silk mouth) threaded ends, the CZ15X delivers zero leakage, secure control, and maintenance-free performance in space-constrained installations.

Magnetic lock soft sealing gate valve, which can self lock at any position of the switch, making iteasy for users to control. Once locked, tools are required to open and close. The soft sealing gate valveutilizes the deformation compensation effect of the overall sealing rubber of the gate plate to achievegood sealing effect, overcoming the phenomenon of poor sealing, water leakage, and rust in generalgate valves. The bottom adopts the same flat bottom valve seat design as the water pipe, which doesnot produce debris accumulation, has a small flow resistance coefficient, and a smooth passage. Theuse of non-toxic epoxy inside and outside the valve body refers to coating to prevent corrosion and rust.It can not only be used for domestic water, but also in sewage treatment systems.
