The Coliter® Z45X Stainless Steel Soft Sealing Flange Non Rising Stem Gate Valve is a high-reliability isolation valve designed for bubble-tight shut-off in water supply, sewage, HVAC, fire protection, and light industrial fluid systems. Constructed entirely from corrosion-resistant CF8 (304 stainless steel)—including the body, bonnet, disc, stem nut, bolt, and gland—with an SS304 stem, it ensures long-term durability in demanding environments. Its non-rising (concealed) stem design saves vertical installation space, making it ideal for underground vaults, trenches, or confined mechanical rooms. The valve achieves zero leakage through a resilient EPDM or nitrile rubber (NBR) soft seal bonded to the stainless steel wedge gate, which utilizes elastic deformation to create a tight seal against precision-machined seats—delivering excellent sealing performance, low operating torque, and long service life. Rated for PN10/16 (1.0–2.5 MPa) and suitable for media temperatures from -10℃ to 80℃, it complies with Chinese standards: GB/T 24924-2010 (design), GB/T 12221-2005 (face-to-face length), GB/T 13927-2008 (testing), and GB/T 17241.6-2008 (flange dimensions). Featuring a full-port, flat-bottom flow path, it prevents debris accumulation and ensures minimal pressure drop.
