Coliter ® Rubber Valve Check Valve – PN1.0~2.5, ≤80°C, Flexible Rubber Flap for Quiet, Low-Head Loss Backflow Prevention
H44X(SFCV) Rubber Valve Check Valve – Ductile Iron or Stainless Steel Body with Reinforced Rubber Flap for Maintenance-Free, Jam-Free Operation
The Coliter® H44X(SFCV) Rubber Valve Check Valve is a resilient, low-maintenance swing check valve designed to prevent backflow in water supply, sewage, HVAC, fire protection, and irrigation systems. Its core innovation lies in the flexible rubber flap disc, which consists of a steel plate as the pressure-bearing skeleton, reinforced with nylon fabric substrate, and fully encapsulated in a seamless, heat-vulcanized rubber coating (typically NBR). This design ensures smooth, silent closure without metal-to-metal impact—eliminating noise, water hammer, and wear. The valve features a streamlined flow passage that minimizes head loss and prevents debris accumulation, making it ideal for wastewater and slurry applications. Constructed with a ductile iron, cast steel, or stainless steel body and cap, a 2Cr13 or F304 stem, and A2-70 bolts/nuts, it offers robust durability. Rated for PN1.0, PN1.6, or PN2.5 (1.0–2.5 MPa), it operates reliably at temperatures up to 80°C and is suitable for water, oil, and similar media. Compliant with GB/T 113932 (design), GB/T 12221 (face-to-face length), GB/T 17241.6 / GB/T 9124.1 (flanges), and GB/T 13927 (testing), available in sizes from DN50 to DN1000. With no internal mechanical linkages to jam or corrode, the H44X(SFCV) delivers long service life, simple maintenance, and reliable backflow protection—ideal for municipal and industrial fluid networks.

The rubber flap check valve is mainly composed of the valve body, valve cover and valve flap. The rubberflap is made of steel plate as the pressure bearing part and reinforced nylon cloth as the substrate. The outerlayer is made of heat vulcanized overall rubber coating technology. The valve flap is flexible in opening andclosing, free of jamming, and has a long service life.
The valve adopts streamline design, with the characteristics of small head loss, not easy to accumulatedebris, simple maintenance, etc.
