The Coliter® GL41H Y-Shaped Filter is a compact, high-efficiency pipeline strainer designed to remove solid impurities from water, steam, oil, and other industrial fluids, safeguarding sensitive downstream components such as valves, pumps, meters, and control systems from clogging, wear, and failure. Its streamlined Y-shaped body allows for installation directly in-line with minimal space requirement and low flow resistance. Constructed from ductile iron (QT450) or optional stainless steel (CF8/CF8M), the valve body ensures durability under operating pressures up to PN16 (1.6 MPa). The filter operates reliably within a temperature range of -10℃ to 80℃ (extendable with appropriate seals). At its core is a removable stainless steel filter screen—typically rated at 18–100 mesh (standard 20–30 mesh)—which captures particles while allowing clean fluid to pass through. Cleaning is simple: the filter cartridge can be extracted via a bolted cover or union connection without dismantling the entire pipeline. An optional drain plug at the bottom facilitates sediment discharge. Available in sizes from DN15 to DN600, with end connections in threaded (BSP/NPT) or flanged (per GB/T 17241.6 / ISO 7005) configurations, the GL41H complies with GB/T 12221 and undergoes pressure testing per GB/T 13927. Ideal for building water mains, HVAC systems, boiler feed lines, irrigation, and light industrial applications, this Y-strainer delivers reliable, maintenance-friendly filtration with a small footprint and high efficiency.
