QF6322 Multi-Function Prefabricated Sleeve Valve – Standard Body for Meter & Gauge Connections

The Coliter® QF6322 Multi-Function Prefabricated Sleeve Valve is a lead-free brass valve engineered for reliable and space-efficient water service installations in residential and commercial buildings. It integrates a full-port ball valve with two dedicated side outlets: one for direct connection to a water meter and another for a pressure gauge or system drain. With a standard body design, it provides a practical balance between installation ease and compactness, making it suitable for typical utility closets and riser applications. Constructed from high-quality forged brass with a chrome-plated ball and PTFE seats, it ensures bubble-tight shut-off and smooth quarter-turn operation. Rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa) and suitable for potable water within a temperature range of 0°C to 90°C, the QF6322 complies with GB/T 17241 and relevant drinking water safety standards. Featuring ISO 228 (BSP) parallel threads and available in common sizes such as DN25×32, it is an ideal solution for main water leads, metering stations, and smart plumbing systems.

Faq - Frequent questions

Coliter® provides a specialized range of brass valves with integrated locking mechanisms to prevent unauthorized operation in residential, municipal, and utility applications. The series includes magnetically locked ball valves (e.g., QF6002, QF6213, QF6313) requiring a proprietary magnetic key, mechanically locked models (e.g., QF6327) with slide or pin locks, and multi-lock variants (QF6223) for enhanced security. Many feature built-in Y-strainers or thermometers for added functionality. All are made from lead-free brass, comply with WRAS, ACS, EN, and GB standards, and operate up to PN16 (1.6 MPa) and 100–120°C. Ideal for water meter isolation, rental properties, and public infrastructure—combining tamper-proof control with certified safety for potable water systems.
