The Coliter® Z41X Stainless Steel Soft Seal Flange Rising Stem Gate Valve is a high-performance isolation valve engineered for reliable, bubble-tight shut-off in water supply, fire protection, HVAC, and light industrial pipeline systems. Constructed entirely from corrosion-resistant CF8 (304 stainless steel)—including the body, bonnet, disc, and stem—with an SS304 stem nut, it ensures exceptional durability in aggressive or high-purity environments. Its rising stem design provides clear visual indication of the valve’s open/closed status, making it ideal for above-ground installations where operational feedback is essential. The valve achieves zero leakage through a resilient EPDM or nitrile rubber (NBR) soft seal bonded to the stainless steel wedge, which compresses against precision-machined seats for tight shut-off even after extended use. Rated for PN10/16 (1.0–2.5 MPa) and suitable for media temperatures from -10℃ to 80℃, it complies with Chinese standards: GB/T 24924-2010 (design), GB/T 12221-2005 (face-to-face length), GB/T 13927-2008 (testing), and GB/T 17241.6-2008 (flange dimensions).
