The Coliter® J41T Globe Valve is a robust and reliable linear motion valve designed for precise throttling and tight shut-off in pipelines handling water, steam, oil, and other non-corrosive media. Constructed with a ductile iron (QT450) body and bonnet, it offers high strength and durability under pressure. The internal trim features a brass disc and brass or PTFE sealing washer, ensuring excellent wear resistance and leak-tight closure even after frequent cycling. Rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa), the valve undergoes rigorous testing: shell test at 2.4 MPa and seat seal test at 1.76 MPa. It operates reliably within a temperature range of -10℃ to 80℃, making it suitable for heating systems, boiler feed lines, industrial process lines, and building services. Available in sizes from DN15 to DN300, the J41T can be configured with either flanged ends (per GB/T 9113) or threaded ends (ISO 228 / BSP), and features a multi-turn rising stem design for precise flow regulation and visual position indication. Compliant with standards GB/T 12224 (design) and ASME B16.34 (pressure rating), this globe valve delivers long service life, low maintenance, and dependable performance in applications where flow control accuracy and sealing integrity are essential.
