Coliter ® Two Piece Ball Valve – PN16, -20°C to 180°C, Full-Port Brass Valve for Water, Gas & Light Industrial Use
QT Two Piece Ball Valve – Forged Brass, Quarter-Turn Shut-off with PTFE Seats for Residential Plumbing, HVAC, and Utility Applications
The Coliter® QT Two Piece Ball Valve is a cost-effective, reliable shut-off solution designed for on/off control in residential plumbing, heating systems, gas appliances, HVAC branch lines, and light industrial fluid circuits. Constructed from high-quality forged brass (HPb59-1), the valve body is split into two sections—main body and end connection—allowing easier assembly while maintaining structural integrity. It features a full-port design for unrestricted flow, quarter-turn operation via lever or knob handle, and bubble-tight sealing achieved through precision-machined PTFE seats and seals. Rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa) for water service and suitable for gas applications within 0.1–0.5 MPa, it operates reliably across a temperature range of -20°C to +180°C. The stainless steel stem (304/316) ensures smooth torque transmission and corrosion resistance. Available in sizes from DN6 (1/4") to DN100 (4") with female/male threads conforming to ISO 228 (BSP) or NPT standards, the QT series complies with GB/T 12224 (design), GB/T 13927 (testing), and relevant gas safety regulations. Optional configurations include lockable handles or anti-theft versions for enhanced security. Ideal for installations requiring compact size, long-term leak-free performance, and easy maintenance.
