Coliter ® Pressure Reducing Valve – PN16, -20~180°C, Direct-Acting Brass Valve for Water, Gas & Mild Chemicals
P1 Pressure Reducing Valve – Compact Threaded Direct-Acting Regulator with PTFE Seal for Stable Downstream Pressure Control
The Coliter® P1 Pressure Reducing Valve is a direct-acting, self-operated pressure regulator designed to automatically reduce and stabilize high upstream pressure to a constant, lower downstream pressure—regardless of fluctuations in inlet pressure or flow demand. Ideal for residential, commercial, and light industrial applications, it ensures safe and efficient operation of downstream equipment by preventing overpressure damage. Constructed from high-quality brass (HPb59-1 or CW617N), with a PTFE/flexible graphite stem seal and optional stainless steel internals, the P1 offers excellent corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. Rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa), it undergoes rigorous testing: shell test at 2.4 MPa, seat seal test at 1.76 MPa (water), upper seal test at 1.76 MPa, and hermetic seal test at 0.6 MPa (air). It operates across a wide temperature range of -20℃ to 180℃ and handles diverse media including water, gas, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, and other mildly corrosive fluids. The valve features an adjustable spring-loaded diaphragm mechanism that allows precise downstream pressure setting via an external adjusting screw. Available in sizes from ½" to 2" (DN15–DN50), with ISO 228 cylindrical pipe threads (BSP parallel) for leak-free connections. Compliant with GB/T 12224 (design), manufacturer-specified structural length, and GB/T 13927 (testing), the P1 is commonly used in boiler feed lines, irrigation systems, HVAC circuits, gas supply networks, and chemical dosing stations—delivering accurate, maintenance-free pressure regulation without external power.

Introduction to Differential control valve
Coliter®’s differential control valves automatically maintain stable pressure differentials in heating, cooling, and variable-flow HVAC systems to ensure balanced operation and protect equipment. The series includes the ZYC self-operated differential pressure control valve, which uses system pressure feedback to modulate flow without external power, and the 800X differential pressure bypass balance valve, which diverts excess flow between supply and return lines when ΔP exceeds setpoint. Constructed from high-quality brass or cast iron, these valves are rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa) and suitable for temperatures up to 120°C. They enable energy-efficient pump operation, prevent coil overflow, and eliminate noise—ideal for chiller plants, underfloor heating manifolds, and district energy networks.
