Coliter ® Full Bore Welded Steel Ball Valve – Zero Leakage, Fully Welded Body for Oil, Gas & Heating Pipelines
Full Bore Welded Steel Ball Valve – PN16/PN25, DN65–500, Fully Welded Carbon Steel Construction for Permanent, Maintenance-Free Underground or Critical Service Installation
The Coliter® Full Bore Welded Steel Ball Valve (Model: PN16/25, DN65–500) is a high-integrity, permanently sealed valve designed for demanding applications in oil & gas transmission, district heating, chemical processing, and water infrastructure. Its body is constructed from high-grade carbon steel (WCB/A105) and fully welded using automated orbital welding techniques—eliminating all potential external leak paths and ensuring 100% sealing reliability, even when buried directly underground or handling hazardous media. The full-bore design provides unrestricted flow with minimal pressure drop and allows pipeline pigging without obstruction. Rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa) or PN25 (2.5 MPa), it operates within a temperature range of -10°C to 180°C with standard PTFE/RPTFE soft seats, achieving bubble-tight shut-off per ISO 5208 Class VI. Available in manual (lever/handwheel) or gear-operated configurations, the valve includes essential safety features such as an anti-static device and optional fire-safe certification (API 607/API 6FA). With no internal bolts or gaskets exposed to the environment, this valve offers exceptional durability, corrosion resistance (with optional epoxy coating), and decades-long service life with zero maintenance—making it the preferred choice for critical isolation in inaccessible or high-safety-demand installations.

Introduction to Fully welded ball valve
Coliter®’s three-way ball valves enable precise flow direction control, mixing, or isolation in HVAC, process, and industrial fluid systems. The series includes the Q44F L-port (90°) three-way ball valve for switching flow between two outlets, and the Q45F T-port (straight-through) type for mixing or diverting flows from a common line. Available in manual (Q44F/Q45F), gear-operated (Q344F/Q345F), pneumatic (Q644F/Q645F), and electric (Q944F/Q945F) actuation, these valves feature forged brass, carbon steel, or stainless steel (304/316) bodies with PTFE or reinforced soft seats for bubble-tight shut-off (ISO 5208 Class VI). Rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa) and suitable for temperatures up to 180°C, they offer low torque, full-port flow, and reliable operation—ideal for chiller bypass, heat exchanger control, and dual-circuit distribution.
