GL3001 Flanged Filter – Y-Type Strainer for Water, Oil, and Saturated Steam Systems
The Coliter® GL3001 Flanged Filter is a robust Y-type strainer designed to protect downstream equipment—such as pumps, meters, and control valves—from damage caused by sand, rust, scale, and other pipeline debris in water, oil, and saturated steam systems. Constructed from cast iron with a precision-mesh stainless steel screen (typically 40–100 mesh), it ensures high filtration efficiency and easy maintenance via a removable blow-off plug. Rated for a nominal pressure of 1.6 MPa and operating temperatures from -20°C to 110°C, it complies with Chinese flange standards GB/T 17241.6 and GB/T 15530.1. Available in sizes DN40 to DN150, the GL3001 features standard flange dimensions for seamless integration into industrial, HVAC, and municipal pipelines—ensuring clean fluid flow and extended system life.
