Z41W Stainless Steel Gate Valve – Full-Port, Rising Stem Gate Valve with CF8/CF8M Body for Zero Leakage in Demanding Applications
The Coliter® Z41W Stainless Steel Gate Valve is a high-integrity rising stem gate valve designed for reliable shut-off in aggressive and high-purity fluid systems. Constructed entirely from corrosion-resistant stainless steel—CF8 (304) or CF8M (316) for the body, bonnet, and disc—with a matching stainless steel stem, it delivers exceptional durability in environments involving water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, and other corrosive media. Its rising stem design provides clear visual indication of the valve’s open/closed position, making it ideal for above-ground installations in chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, marine, and district heating systems. Rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa), the valve undergoes rigorous testing: shell test at 2.4 MPa (1.5×PN) and seal test at 1.76 MPa (1.1×PN). It operates reliably within a temperature range of -20℃ to 180℃. Featuring a full-port, straight-through flow path, it minimizes pressure drop and ensures unobstructed flow. Available in sizes from DN50 to DN400 with flanged end connections per GB/T 9113 or ANSI B16.5, the Z41W complies with Chinese standards GB/T 12234 (design), GB/T 12221 (face-to-face length), and GB/T 13927 (testing). With precision-machined metal sealing surfaces and optional soft-seal variants in related models, the Z41W offers long service life, smooth operation, and maintenance-free performance in critical industrial applications.

Coliter®’s flange gate valves are precision-engineered for demanding applications in chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, and marine environments where corrosion resistance and leak-tight performance are critical. The series includes the Z41W stainless steel rising stem gate valve, Z45H non-rising stem type with metal seat, Z45T soft-seated variant, and advanced ZJM45X/Z45X soft seal densified models—all featuring CF8/CF8M (304/316) stainless steel bodies, full-port design, and flanged ends per PN16 (DN15–DN300) or ANSI 150# standards. With operating temperatures up to 180°C (soft seal) or 425°C (metal seal), these valves deliver zero leakage, smooth operation, and long service life in aggressive media, high-purity water, and steam systems.
