Coliter ® Stainless Steel Non Rising Stem Flange Gate Valve – PN10/16, -29~425°C, Metal-Seated for Steam, Oil & High-Temp Media
Z45H Stainless Steel Non Rising Stem Flange Gate Valve – Compact, High-Temperature Gate Valve with Concealed Stem and Full-Port Design
The Coliter® Z45H Stainless Steel Non Rising Stem Flange Gate Valve is a robust industrial gate valve engineered for reliable shut-off in high-temperature and high-pressure applications involving steam, oil, water, and other aggressive media. Featuring a non-rising (concealed) stem design, it saves valuable vertical space—making it ideal for underground installations, trenches, or confined mechanical rooms. The valve utilizes a durable metal-to-metal hard sealing structure, with a precision-machined wedge disc and seat made of stainless steel, ensuring fire-safe, erosion-resistant performance where soft seals would fail. Constructed from high-grade CF8 (304) or CF8M (316) stainless steel for the body, bonnet, and disc—and equipped with a matching stainless steel stem—it offers excellent corrosion resistance across a wide range of industrial fluids. Rated for PN10/16 (1.0–1.6 MPa), it undergoes rigorous testing per GB/T 13927 and JB/T 9092, with shell test pressures up to 2.4 MPa. It operates reliably in extreme temperatures from -29℃ to 425℃, making it suitable for power plants, refineries, chemical processing, and district heating systems. Compliant with standards including GB/T 12234 (design), GB/T 12221 (face-to-face dimensions), and JB/T 79 / GB/T 9113 (flange ends), the Z45H features a full-port flow path for minimal pressure drop and is available in sizes from DN50 to DN700. Designed for bidirectional service and long-term durability, this valve delivers maintenance-free, zero-leakage performance in the most demanding pipeline environments.

Introduction to Flange gate valve
Coliter®’s flange gate valves are precision-engineered for demanding applications in chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, and marine environments where corrosion resistance and leak-tight performance are critical. The series includes the Z41W stainless steel rising stem gate valve, Z45H non-rising stem type with metal seat, Z45T soft-seated variant, and advanced ZJM45X/Z45X soft seal densified models—all featuring CF8/CF8M (304/316) stainless steel bodies, full-port design, and flanged ends per PN16 (DN15–DN300) or ANSI 150# standards. With operating temperatures up to 180°C (soft seal) or 425°C (metal seal), these valves deliver zero leakage, smooth operation, and long service life in aggressive media, high-purity water, and steam systems.
