200X Pressure Relief Valve – Pilot-Operated Pressure Reducing Valve for Precise Downstream Pressure Control in Domestic & Fire Water Supply

The Coliter® 200X Pressure Relief Valve is a hydraulically self-operated, pilot-controlled pressure reducing valve designed to automatically lower and stabilize high inlet pressure to a constant, adjustable outlet pressure—regardless of fluctuations in upstream pressure or flow demand. It is widely used in domestic water supply, fire protection systems, and industrial water networks to protect downstream equipment, ensure user safety, and maintain consistent service pressure. The valve uses the energy of the flowing medium itself for actuation—requiring no external power—and features a high-sensitivity pilot relief valve that continuously monitors outlet pressure. When downstream pressure exceeds the setpoint, the pilot opens to drain the control chamber of the main valve, causing it to throttle flow and reduce pressure; when pressure drops below the setpoint, the pilot closes, allowing the main valve to open further. This feedback loop ensures precise, stable regulation with minimal deviation. Constructed from ductile iron or cast steel, rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa), and suitable for media temperatures up to 80°C, it handles clean water only. Available in sizes from DN20 to DN800 with flanged end connections per GB/T 17241.6. With advantages including high accuracy, stable performance, easy adjustment, long service life, and low maintenance, the 200X delivers intelligent, energy-efficient pressure management for modern water distribution infrastructure.

The 200X pressure reducing valve is an intelligent valve that uses the energy of the medium to adjust and control the pressure of the pipeline. The 200X pressure reducing valve is used in domestic water supply, fire water supply and other industrial water supply systems. By adjusting the pressure reducing pilot valve, the outlet pressure of the main valve can be adjusted. The outlet pressure does not change due to changes in the inlet pressure and inlet flow rate. The outlet pressure is maintained at the set value safely and reliably, and the set value can be adjusted as needed to achieve the purpose of decompression. The valve has precise pressure reduction, stable performance, safety and reliability, easy installation and adjustment, and long service life.
