YC1001 Differential Pressure Valve – Self-Operated Hydraulic Balancing Valve for Stable Flow in HVAC and District Energy Systems

The Coliter® YC1001 Differential Pressure Valve is a self-operated, lead-free brass control valve designed to automatically maintain a constant pressure difference across heating, cooling, or district energy circuits—ensuring stable flow distribution, protecting variable-speed pumps from overload, and enhancing system energy efficiency. Featuring an adjustable differential pressure range of 0.02–0.3 MPa, an integrated needle valve for fine-tuning, and optional pressure gauge ports, it delivers precise hydraulic balancing without external power or control signals. Rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa) and suitable for water media within a temperature range of -20°C to 120°C, it complies with GB/T 22130 standards. Available in sizes DN15 (G1/2") to DN50 (G2"), with compact dimensions and ISO 228 (BSP parallel) threads. Ideal for radiator systems, underfloor heating manifolds, chiller bypass lines, and commercial HVAC applications—providing noise reduction, thermal comfort, and long-term hydraulic stability.
