PQ1008 Brass Air Release Valve – Automatic Air Vent for Heating and Closed-Loop Water Systems
The Coliter® PQ1008 Brass Air Release Valve is an automatic air vent designed to continuously remove trapped air from heating, solar thermal, and closed-loop water systems—preventing airlocks, noise, reduced efficiency, and corrosion. Constructed from high-quality lead-free brass (<0.25% pb="">1.6 MPa and operating temperatures from -20°C to 120°C, it is suitable for residential and commercial hydronic applications. The valve has ISO 228 (BSP parallel) threads in sizes DN15 (G1/2"), DN20 (G3/4"), and DN25 (G1"), with compact overall lengths of approximately 69.5 mm (DN15/DN25) and 68.5 mm (DN20). Essential for maintaining system performance, longevity, and quiet operation.
