Coliter ® Brass Gas Fitting, 1.6MPa, -20–60°C, ISO 7 Threaded
GJ3101 Brass Gas Fitting – Standard Coupling for Secure Gas Meter Connections
The Coliter® GJ3101 Brass Gas Fitting is a precision-engineered brass coupling designed for reliable, leak-free connections between gas meters and supply lines in residential and utility gas systems. Made from high-quality forged brass, it is suitable for use with natural gas, manufactured gas, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). Rated for a nominal pressure of 1.6 MPa and operating temperatures from -20°C to 60°C, it complies with national gas piping standards. The fitting features ISO 7 (tapered BSP) pipe threads—standard size DN15 (R1/2")—and has the following dimensions: M = 30×2 mm, R = 1/2", H = 49.5 mm. Its compact, robust design ensures long-term safety and durability, making it ideal for standard gas meter installations where tamper resistance is not required.

Introduction to Couplings For Gas Meters
Coliter®’s couplings for gas meters are precision-engineered brass fittings designed for secure, leak-free connections between gas meters and supply lines in residential and utility applications. The series includes the standard GJ3101 brass gas coupling and the enhanced GJ3102 extended anti-theft gas fitting, featuring a tamper-resistant design that prevents unauthorized removal or bypass. Both models are made from high-quality forged brass, comply with national gas piping standards, and support working pressures up to 0.1–0.5 MPa with operating temperatures from -20°C to +60°C. With ISO 228 parallel threads (e.g., G1/2", G3/4"), they ensure reliable sealing, corrosion resistance, and long-term safety—essential for gas utilities, smart metering projects, and regulatory-compliant installations.
