FSQ1031 Manual Manifold – One-Piece Forged Brass Distribution Header for Hydronic Heating and Plumbing Systems
The Coliter® FSQ1031 Manual Manifold is a high-quality, manually operated distribution manifold designed for centralized control of hot and cold water in underfloor heating, radiator circuits, and domestic plumbing. Crafted from forged HPb58-2 brass using one-piece hot forging technology, it ensures uniform wall thickness (≥2.0 mm), structural integrity, and resistance to bursting or leakage. The main header features an octagonal design for enhanced stability and premium aesthetics, with a nickel-plated surface finish. Available in configurations from 2 to 10 circuits, it supports branch connections for 12×16 mm or 16×20 mm PEX/PERT tubing at a standard spacing of 46 mm. The main pipe uses DN25 (G1") threaded connections, and the center height is fixed at 210 mm. Rated for PN ≤ 1.0 MPa and medium temperatures from 0°C to 110°C, it includes 360° rotatable manual air vents and interchangeable live-joint outlet adapters for easy installation and maintenance—making it a reliable choice for residential and light commercial applications.
