Coliter ® Remote Control Float Valve – PN16, ≤80°C, Hydraulic Automatic for Water Level Control in Tanks & Reservoirs
100X Remote Control Float Valve – Pilot-Operated Diaphragm Valve with External Float Ball for Precise, Energy-Free Liquid Level Regulation
The Coliter® 100X Remote Control Float Valve is a hydraulically operated, pilot-controlled valve engineered for fully automatic water level management in elevated tanks, reservoirs, fire water pools, irrigation systems, and industrial storage facilities. It operates without electricity or external power, using only system pressure and a remotely mounted float ball assembly to precisely regulate inlet flow. When the water level rises to the preset height, the float ball closes the pilot valve, allowing pressure to build in the main valve’s control chamber—causing the main valve to shut off inflow. As the water level drops, the float ball opens the pilot, draining the chamber and reopening the main valve to refill the tank. This closed-loop hydraulic mechanism ensures reliable, drift-free operation with bubble-tight shut-off. The diaphragm-type design provides smooth, balanced actuation and is recommended for pipe sizes up to DN450; for larger diameters (≥DN500), a piston-type configuration is preferred. Constructed from ductile iron with epoxy coating (or brass for smaller sizes), rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa), and suitable for media temperatures up to 80°C, it handles clean water only. Available in sizes from DN20 to DN800 with flanged or threaded connections per applicable standards. Featuring slow-closing action to prevent water hammer, adjustable level settings, and flexible installation orientation, the 100X delivers maintenance-free, energy-efficient, and highly dependable water level control for municipal, building, and industrial applications.

Product Description
The 100X diaphragm remote control float valve is a hydraulically operated valve with multiple functions. Mainly installed at the water inlet of the pool or elevated water tower. When the water level reaches the set height, the main valve is controlled by the float ball pilot valve to close the water inlet to stop water supply; when the water level drops, the main valve is controlled by the float switch to open the water inlet. Fill the pool with water to achieve automatic water replenishment. The liquid level control is precise, and it is not disturbed by water pressure. The 100X diaphragm type remote control float valve can be installed at any position according to the height of the pool and the use space. Diaphragm valves have reliable performance, high strength, and flexible operation. They are suitable for pipelines below 450mm in diameter. It is recommended to use the piston type for diameters above DN500mm.

Introduction to Float valve
Coliter®’s float valves provide fully automatic, hydraulic-driven water level control in elevated tanks, reservoirs, fire water pools, and irrigation systems—without electricity or external power. The series includes the 100X remote control float valve (pilot-operated with external float ball), F745X diaphragm-type remote control float valve for high-precision shut-off, and 106X electric remote control float valve with solenoid override for smart integration. Constructed from ductile iron or brass with epoxy coating, these valves operate at PN16 (1.6 MPa) and temperatures up to 80°C. They feature slow-closing action to prevent water hammer, adjustable level settings, and reliable bubble-tight sealing—ensuring safe, efficient, and maintenance-free water storage management in municipal, industrial, and building applications.
