QF2016 Electroplated Union Ball Valve – Corrosion-Resistant Finish for Premium Installations

The Coliter® QF2016 Electroplated Union Ball Valve combines the reliability of a full-port brass ball valve with an advanced electroplated surface finish for enhanced corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal. Designed for humid, coastal, or aggressive environments, its lead-free brass body is finished with a durable electroplated coating that resists tarnishing and extends service life. The integrated union nut connection allows easy disassembly for maintenance without pipe cutting. Featuring a chrome-plated ball and PTFE seats, it ensures smooth quarter-turn operation and bubble-tight shut-off. Rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa), it handles water, oil, and saturated steam within a temperature range of -20°C to 100°C. Compliant with GB/T 17241 standards and available in sizes DN15–DN25 with ISO 228 (BSP) threads, the QF2016 is ideal for premium residential, commercial, and export applications demanding both performance and visual quality.
