NQ3005 Three-way Thermostatic Valve – Brass Mixing Valve for Radiator and Underfloor Heating Systems

The Coliter® NQ3005 Three-way Thermostatic Valve is a high-quality brass mixing valve designed for precise temperature control in hydronic heating systems, including radiators and underfloor circuits. It blends hot supply water with cooler return water to maintain a consistent, lower output temperature—essential for protecting low-temperature systems like radiant floor heating from overheating. Constructed from forged lead-free brass, it is rated for a nominal pressure of 1.0 MPa and operates safely within a wide temperature range of 0°C to 100°C. The valve complies with ISO 228 (BSP parallel) threading standards and features standard dimensions for size DN20 (G3/4"): L=93.5 mm, H1=76.5 mm, H2=64 mm. Compatible with manual or automatic thermostatic heads, the NQ3005 ensures reliable performance, energy efficiency, and long service life in residential and light commercial heating installations.

Faq - Frequent questions

Coliter®’s manual thermostatic valves provide simple, reliable temperature regulation for hydronic radiator systems without electricity. The series includes straight models (NQ2026, NQ2027, NQ2029) and angle types (NQ2012, NQ2028, NQ2030, NQ2039), all featuring a manual knob with numbered settings (e.g., 1–5) to adjust heat output based on user preference. Constructed from high-quality lead-free brass, rated at PN10 (1.0 MPa), and suitable for temperatures up to 110°C, these valves comply with European heating standards and include an M30×1.5mm thread for optional upgrade to automatic thermostatic heads. Ideal for cost-effective, maintenance-free comfort control in residential and light commercial buildings.
