NQ3012 Three-way Thermostatic Valve – Brass Mixing Valve for Radiator and Underfloor Heating Systems

The Coliter® NQ3012 Three-way Thermostatic Valve is a precision-engineered brass mixing valve designed for temperature regulation in hydronic heating systems, including radiators and underfloor circuits. It enables automatic or manual blending of hot supply water with cooler return water to deliver a stable, reduced output temperature—ideal for protecting sensitive systems like low-temperature floor heating. Constructed from high-quality lead-free brass, it is rated for a nominal pressure of 1.0 MPa and operates reliably with water temperatures ranging from 0°C to 90°C. The valve features ISO 228 (BSP parallel) pipe threads and has standard dimensions for size De32: L=119 mm, H1=70 mm, H2=64.5 mm. Suitable for use with thermostatic actuators or manual control heads, the NQ3012 ensures efficient heat distribution, system protection, and long-term durability in residential and light commercial applications.

Faq - Frequent questions

Coliter®’s manual thermostatic valves provide simple, reliable temperature regulation for hydronic radiator systems without electricity. The series includes straight models (NQ2026, NQ2027, NQ2029) and angle types (NQ2012, NQ2028, NQ2030, NQ2039), all featuring a manual knob with numbered settings (e.g., 1–5) to adjust heat output based on user preference. Constructed from high-quality lead-free brass, rated at PN10 (1.0 MPa), and suitable for temperatures up to 110°C, these valves comply with European heating standards and include an M30×1.5mm thread for optional upgrade to automatic thermostatic heads. Ideal for cost-effective, maintenance-free comfort control in residential and light commercial buildings.
