Coliter ® Electroplated Union Ball Valve – Lead-Free, PN16, Corrosion-Resistant Finish
QF2025 Electroplated Union Ball Valve – Lead-Free, PN16 with Corrosion-Resistant Finish
The Coliter® QF2025 Electroplated Union Ball Valve is a lead-free brass ball valve featuring a durable electroplated surface finish that enhances resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and environmental wear—ideal for humid, coastal, or high-visibility installations. Designed with a full-port configuration and a precision-machined chrome-plated ball paired with PTFE seats, it ensures smooth quarter-turn operation and bubble-tight shut-off with minimal pressure drop. The integrated union nut connection allows for quick disassembly and maintenance without disturbing the pipeline, making it highly serviceable in confined spaces. Rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa), it handles water, oil, and saturated steam within a working temperature range of -20°C to 100°C. Compliant with GB/T 17241 standards and available in sizes DN15–DN50 with ISO 228 (BSP) parallel threads, the QF2025 combines reliability, aesthetics, and ease of maintenance for residential, commercial, and export applications.

Introduction to PP-R Ball Valve
Coliter® offers a complete series of PP-R ball valves designed for reliable shut-off in hot and cold potable water systems. Available in double union (QF2001, QF2030), female threaded (QF2008), male threaded (QF2009), and union-threaded hybrid (QF2002, QF2003) configurations, these valves feature pure PP-R body with brass ball core, ensuring durability, chemical resistance, and full-port flow. Rated for PN20 (2.0 MPa) at 20°C and suitable for temperatures up to 95°C, they comply with ISO 15874 and GB/T 15564 standards. Ideal for underfloor heating, residential plumbing, and solar water systems—enabling fast heat-fusion installation without metal corrosion or scaling.
