The Coliter® GL41H Stainless Steel Filter is a high-integrity pipeline strainer engineered for demanding applications involving corrosive, high-purity, or high-temperature media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, and acetic acid. Constructed entirely from corrosion-resistant materials—CF8 (304) or CF8M (316) stainless steel for the valve body, bonnet, and filter screen—it ensures exceptional durability, hygiene, and long service life in aggressive chemical environments or clean fluid systems. Available in both T-type and Y-type configurations, it offers flexibility: the T-type provides large dirt-holding capacity for main lines, while the Y-type enables compact inline installation. Rated for nominal pressures from PN16 to PN160 (1.6–16.0 MPa), it undergoes rigorous testing: shell test at 1.5×PN and sealing pressure test at 1.1×PN. Suitable for operating temperatures between -20℃ and 180℃, it complies with Chinese standards including GB/T 12221 (face-to-face dimensions) and GB/T 13927 (pressure testing). The core feature is a removable stainless steel mesh screen (typically 20–100 mesh), easily accessible via a bolted cover for cleaning or replacement without removing the filter from the pipeline. A standard drain plug at the bottom facilitates sediment discharge. Flange connections follow GB/T 9113.4-88 (PN2.5), GB4216.5-84 (PN1.6), or G34716.4-84 (PN1.0), with sizes ranging from DN50 to DN300.
