Coliter ® Digital Static Balance Valve, 1.6MPa, -20–120°C, Built-in Flow Meter, BSP Threaded
PH1003 Digital Static Balance Valve – Precision Hydraulic Balancing Valve with Integrated Flow Measurement for HVAC Systems
The Coliter® PH1003 Digital Static Balance Valve is a high-precision static balancing valve engineered for accurate flow setting and hydraulic commissioning in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Constructed from lead-free brass, it integrates a built-in digital pressure differential sensor and dual measuring ports, enabling technicians to directly read real-time flow rates without external instruments—dramatically speeding up system balancing. Rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa) and suitable for water media within a temperature range of -20°C to 120°C, it complies with international standards including EN 15437 and GB/T 32808. Featuring full-port design and ISO 228 (BSP parallel) threads, it is available in sizes DN15 (G1/2") through DN50 (G2"). Ideal for radiant floor manifolds, fan coil units, chiller plants, and district heating networks—ensuring even heat distribution, energy savings, and long-term system stability.
