ZH1001 Horizontal Check Valve – Spring-Assisted Silent Brass Check Valve for Potable Water and Heating Systems

The Coliter® ZH1001 Horizontal Check Valve is a compact, spring-loaded brass check valve designed to prevent backflow in horizontal piping installations for potable water, heating, and light industrial systems. Featuring silent closure technology, it eliminates water hammer by ensuring smooth, rapid shut-off when flow reverses. Constructed from lead-free brass with a PTFE-sealed disc, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. Rated for a nominal pressure of 1.6 MPa and operating temperatures from -20°C to 120°C, it complies with GB/T 17241 standards. Threaded ends conform to ISO 228 (BSP parallel), available in sizes DN15 (G1/2") through DN50 (G2"). Ideal for residential risers, pump outlets, and municipal water networks—ensuring maintenance-free, automatic backflow protection.
