The Coliter® ZF1022 Mechanical Lockout Gate Valve is a robust, lead-free brass gate valve engineered for tamper-resistant shut-off in water meter leads, building risers, and public utility infrastructure. It features a reliable pin-lock mechanism that secures the handle in the open or closed position using a removable pin—offering a simple, tool-based security solution without magnets or electronics. Constructed from forged HPb59-1 or CW617N brass with a resilient rubber wedge seal, it ensures bubble-tight closure and full-port flow. Rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa) and suitable for temperatures from -20°C to 110°C, the ZF1022 complies with WRAS, ACS, and GB/T 17241 standards for potable water safety. Available in sizes DN15–DN25 with ISO 228 (BSP) threads, it provides durable, cost-effective security for municipal and commercial water systems.
