FSQ2022 Smart Manifold – Advanced Brass Distribution System with Integrated Flow Monitoring for Intelligent Hydronic Control
The Coliter® FSQ2022 Smart Manifold is a premium brass manifold engineered for high-efficiency, intelligent distribution of hot and cold water in underfloor heating, radiator circuits, and smart building systems. Constructed from forged HPb58-2 brass, it features a robust one-piece design with uniform wall thickness (≥2.5 mm), ensuring exceptional resistance to water hammer, thermal expansion, and long-term leakage. The polished surface is available in natural brass or electroplated finishes for enhanced aesthetics and corrosion protection. Designed for smart integration, it supports 2 to 10 circuits with branch connections for 12×16 mm or 16×20 mm PEX/PERT tubing at a precise spacing of 50 mm. The main header uses DN25 (G1") threaded inlet/outlet, and the center height is fixed at 210 mm. Rated for PN ≤ 1.0 MPa and medium temperatures from 0°C to 110°C, it includes live-joint outlet adapters for tool-free installation and maintenance. Compatible with flow meters, electric actuators, and digital monitoring systems, the FSQ2022 enables real-time flow visualization, zone balancing, and remote control—making it ideal for energy-efficient, IoT-ready residential and commercial radiant heating applications.
