GJ1001 PPR Male Threaded Fitting – Brass Insert Adapter for PP-R Plumbing Systems
The Coliter® GJ1001 PPR Male Threaded Fitting is a high-quality brass adapter designed to enable a secure, leak-free connection between PP-R (polypropylene-random) plastic piping and metal components with female threads—such as valves, faucets, or water meters. It features a male BSP thread (ISO 228/ISO 7) on one end and a smooth socket for heat-fusion welding to PP-R pipe on the other. Constructed from lead-free brass with excellent corrosion resistance, it is rated for a nominal pressure of 1.6 MPa and suitable for hot and cold water applications within a temperature range of 0°C to 90°C. Available in multiple sizes—including 15×20 mm (G1/2"), 20×25 mm (G3/4"), 25×25 mm (G1"), 25×32 mm (G1"), 32×40 mm (R1¼"), 40×50 mm (R1½"), and 50×63 mm (R2")—this fitting ensures reliable, long-lasting transitions in residential and commercial plumbing, heating, and potable water systems compliant with GB/T standards.
