Coliter ® Brass Check Gate Valve – Lead-Free, PN16, Dual Function
ZF1082 Brass Check Gate Valve – Combined Shut-Off and Backflow Prevention in One Unit
The Coliter® ZF1082 Brass Check Gate Valve is an innovative dual-function valve that integrates reliable shut-off capability with non-return (check) functionality in a single compact body. Designed for potable water, heating, and low-pressure industrial systems, it prevents backflow while allowing full-port flow in the forward direction. Constructed from forged HPb59-1 or CW617N brass, it features a resilient rubber wedge seal and a spring-assisted check mechanism for positive closure. The valve has ISO 228 (BSP) parallel female threads on both ends and is rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa) with a working temperature range of -20°C to 120°C. Compliant with WRAS, ACS, and GB/T 17241 standards, the ZF1082 eliminates the need for separate gate and check valves—saving space, reducing installation cost, and ensuring system safety in residential and commercial applications.

Introduction to Brass Gate Valve
Coliter®’s brass gate valves provide reliable, full-port shut-off for residential and commercial plumbing, potable water, heating, and low-pressure industrial applications. The series includes the basic ZF1001 and ZF1002 brass gate valves, the ZF1052 brass union gate valve with integrated union nut for easy installation and maintenance, and the innovative ZF1082 brass check gate valve that combines gate isolation with non-return functionality in a single compact unit. All models feature forged brass bodies, PTFE or rubber wedge seals for drip-tight closure, and threaded (G) ends per ISO 228. Rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa) and suitable for temperatures up to 80°C, they comply with lead-free requirements and plumbing standards—ideal for water mains, branch lines, and appliance isolation where space, reliability, and simplicity matter.
