QF3113 Brass Gas Ball Valve – Low-Pressure Quarter-Turn Shut-Off for Natural Gas, LPG, and Manufactured Gas Systems

The Coliter® QF3113 Brass Gas Ball Valve is a compact, manually operated quarter-turn ball valve designed for low-pressure gas applications, including natural gas, manufactured gas, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). Constructed from forged brass with PTFE seals, it delivers reliable, leak-tight shut-off performance in residential and light commercial installations. Rated for a nominal pressure of 0.015 MPa and operating temperatures from -20°C to 60°C, it meets safety requirements for appliance inlet and branch line isolation. The valve features ISO 228 (BSP parallel) threads—standard size DN15 (G1/2")—and includes a clear open/close indicator on the handle for intuitive operation. Its simple, corrosion-resistant design ensures long-term durability and ease of use in low-pressure gas piping systems.

Faq - Frequent questions

Coliter®’s gas ball valves are engineered for reliable, leak-tight shut-off in natural gas and LPG piping systems. The series includes standard models like QF3128 and QF3122, as well as lockable variants (QF5121A, QF5122) with integrated padlock or key-lock mechanisms to prevent unauthorized operation—ideal for utility, residential, and commercial gas lines. All valves feature high-quality forged brass bodies, PTFE seals for long-term tightness, full-port design for unrestricted flow, and compliance with national gas valve standards. Rated for working pressures of 0.1–0.5 MPa and temperatures from -20°C to +60°C, they ensure safe, durable performance with quarter-turn operation and clear open/close indicators.
