Coliter ® Reducing 6-Way Bridge Fitting – QF3019, PN16, Mixed-Size Manifold
QF3019 Reducing 6-Way Bridge Fitting – For Mixed-Diameter Manifold Systems
The Coliter® QF3019 Reducing 6-Way Bridge Fitting is a specialized brass manifold component designed for flexible, space-efficient distribution in hot and cold water systems where mixed pipe diameters are required. Unlike standard uniform manifolds, the QF3019 features a reducing configuration—for example, combining DN20 (G3/4") inlet/outlet ports with DN16 (G1/2") branch outlets—enabling direct connection to both main supply lines and smaller fixture branches without additional adapters. Rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa) and suitable for temperatures from 0°C to 120°C, it supports applications such as underfloor heating, bathroom groups, and multi-point domestic water networks. Constructed from high-quality dezincification-resistant (DZR) brass with ISO 228 (BSP) parallel threads, it ensures leak-free, corrosion-resistant performance. With standardized dimensions (e.g., L = 117.5 mm, L1 = 79.5 mm), the QF3019 simplifies installation while optimizing material use and system efficiency.

Introduction to Manifold
Coliter®’s manifold systems provide efficient, centralized distribution and isolation for hot and cold water lines in residential, commercial, and HVAC applications. Featuring precision-engineered brass bridge fittings such as the GJ3019 6-way manifold and QF3019 reducing 6-way manifold, these systems offer full-port flow, leak-free connections, and individual shut-off control for each outlet. Designed with ISO 228 parallel threads (G1/2", G3/4") and rated for PN16 (1.6 MPa) at temperatures up to 120°C, they ensure reliable performance in underfloor heating, bathroom groups, and multi-point water supply networks. Compact, corrosion-resistant, and easy to install—ideal for modern plumbing efficiency and maintenance flexibility.
