QF2008 PPR Female Thread Ball Valve – Lead-Free Brass Core with PP-R Body for Hot & Cold Water Systems

The Coliter® QF2008 PPR Female Thread Ball Valve is a hybrid valve engineered for polypropylene (PP-R) piping systems in residential and commercial hot and cold potable water applications. It features a **pure PP-R body** on one end for direct heat-fusion welding to PP-R pipes, and a **female BSP thread (ISO 228)** on the other end for secure connection to male-threaded metal fittings, meters, or equipment. The internal shut-off mechanism incorporates a **lead-free brass ball core** with PTFE seals, ensuring full-port flow, bubble-tight sealing, and smooth quarter-turn operation. Rated at **PN20 (2.0 MPa) at 20°C** and suitable for continuous use up to **95°C**, it complies with **ISO 15874 and GB/T 15564** standards. Ideal for water meter leads, solar thermal systems, underfloor heating, and appliance connections where long-term corrosion resistance and reliable performance are critical.
