QF2002 PPR Female Thread Union Ball Valve – Lead-Free Brass Core with PP-R Body

The Coliter® QF2002 PPR Female Thread Union Ball Valve is a hybrid valve engineered for polypropylene (PP-R) piping systems in residential and commercial hot and cold potable water applications. It features a pure PP-R body on one end for direct heat-fusion welding to PP-R pipes, and a BSP female thread with an integrated union nut on the other end—allowing secure connection to male-threaded fittings while enabling easy disassembly or replacement without cutting the pipeline. The internal shut-off mechanism uses a lead-free brass ball core with PTFE seals, ensuring full-port flow, bubble-tight sealing, and smooth quarter-turn operation. Rated at PN20 (2.0 MPa) at 20°C and suitable for continuous service up to 95°C, it complies with ISO 15874 and GB/T 15564 standards. Ideal for water meter leads, solar thermal systems, underfloor heating manifolds, and equipment connections where corrosion resistance, reliability, and future maintenance are critical.
