Coliter ® Diaphragm Type Remote Control Float Valve – PN16, ≤80°C, High-Precision Hydraulic Level Control for Water Tanks
F745X Diaphragm Type Remote Control Float Valve – Pilot-Operated Automatic Valve with External Float for Accurate, Energy-Free Water Level Regulation
The Coliter® F745X Diaphragm Type Remote Control Float Valve is a high-performance hydraulic control valve designed for precise and reliable automatic water level management in elevated tanks, reservoirs, fire water pools, and irrigation systems. Unlike traditional mechanical float valves, the F745X separates the sensing function (via a remote float ball pilot valve) from the main shut-off mechanism, enabling installation flexibility and enhanced durability. When the water level reaches the preset height, the float ball closes the pilot valve, allowing inlet pressure to build in the main valve’s diaphragm chamber—forcing the main valve to close and stop inflow. As the level drops, the pilot reopens, draining the chamber and allowing the main valve to open again for refilling. This fully hydraulic operation requires no electricity or external power, ensuring fail-safe performance. The diaphragm actuation design provides smooth, balanced movement, excellent sealing, and resistance to water pressure fluctuations. Recommended for pipe sizes up to DN450 (larger sizes may use piston-type variants), it features slow-closing action to prevent water hammer and allows easy adjustment of the water level setpoint. Constructed from ductile iron with epoxy coating and brass internals, rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa), and suitable for media temperatures up to 80°C, it handles clean water only. Available in sizes from DN20 to DN450 with flanged end connections per GB/T 17241.6. Ideal for municipal, industrial, and building applications where safe, efficient, and maintenance-free water storage is critical.

Product Description
The F745X diaphragm remote control float valve is a hydraulic operated valve with multiple functions. It is mainly installed at the water inlet of the pool or overhead water tower. When the water level reaches the set height, the main valve is controlled by the float valve to close the water inlet and stop water supply; When the water level drops, the main valve is controlled by the floating ball pilot valve to open the water inlet to inject water into the pool, so as to realize automatic water replenishment. The liquid level control is accurate and free from water pressure interference; The diaphragm type remote control float valve can be installed at any position along with the height and use space of the pool. It is convenient for maintenance, commissioning and inspection, reliable sealing and long service life. The diaphragm valve has reliable performance, high strength and balanced action.

Introduction to Float valve
Coliter®’s float valves provide fully automatic, hydraulic-driven water level control in elevated tanks, reservoirs, fire water pools, and irrigation systems—without electricity or external power. The series includes the 100X remote control float valve (pilot-operated with external float ball), F745X diaphragm-type remote control float valve for high-precision shut-off, and 106X electric remote control float valve with solenoid override for smart integration. Constructed from ductile iron or brass with epoxy coating, these valves operate at PN16 (1.6 MPa) and temperatures up to 80°C. They feature slow-closing action to prevent water hammer, adjustable level settings, and reliable bubble-tight sealing—ensuring safe, efficient, and maintenance-free water storage management in municipal, industrial, and building applications.
