Coliter ® Electric Remote Control Float Valve – PN16, ≤80°C, Solenoid-Enhanced Dual Safety for Water Level Control
106X Electric Remote Control Float Valve – Hybrid Hydraulic & Electromagnetic Valve with Fail-Safe Operation for High-Rise and Industrial Water Systems
The Coliter® 106X Electric Remote Control Float Valve is an advanced dual-control valve that combines the reliability of a hydraulic 100X remote control float valve with the intelligence of an integrated solenoid pilot system. Designed for critical applications in high-rise buildings, municipal water supply, fire protection tanks, and industrial reservoirs, it provides **dual-layer safety**: even if power fails or the mechanical float malfunctions, the water level will never exceed the preset limit. The valve operates primarily via a remote float ball that hydraulically controls inflow—ensuring fully automatic, energy-free level regulation under normal conditions. Additionally, an electric solenoid pilot allows **remote manual override**, enabling operators to set precise opening/closing water levels via control signals, thereby eliminating frequent cycling of the main valve and improving system stability. In the event of power loss, the underlying 100X hydraulic mechanism remains fully functional as a mechanical backup, guaranteeing fail-safe containment. Constructed from ductile iron or brass with epoxy coating, rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa), and suitable for media temperatures up to 80°C, it handles clean water only. Available in sizes from DN20 to DN450 with flanged connections per GB/T 17241.6. Featuring slow-closing action to prevent water hammer, bubble-tight sealing, and compatibility with building automation systems, the 106X delivers smart, secure, and maintenance-free water level management for modern infrastructure.

Product Description
The 106X electric remote control float valve is a normally open (normally closed) solenoid valve electric control device installed on the basis of 100X remote control float valve, so that the valve has a double safety function. Even if the power is cut off or the float fails, the water level can be controlled, and the water level will never exceed the specified position. The electric float valve can set the opening and closing water level to solve the frequent opening and closing of the main valve. The valve is widely used in the water inlet pipes of high-rise buildings, urban domestic water, fire protection, industrial and mining enterprises.

Introduction to Float valve
Coliter®’s float valves provide fully automatic, hydraulic-driven water level control in elevated tanks, reservoirs, fire water pools, and irrigation systems—without electricity or external power. The series includes the 100X remote control float valve (pilot-operated with external float ball), F745X diaphragm-type remote control float valve for high-precision shut-off, and 106X electric remote control float valve with solenoid override for smart integration. Constructed from ductile iron or brass with epoxy coating, these valves operate at PN16 (1.6 MPa) and temperatures up to 80°C. They feature slow-closing action to prevent water hammer, adjustable level settings, and reliable bubble-tight sealing—ensuring safe, efficient, and maintenance-free water storage management in municipal, industrial, and building applications.
