ZH5001 Flanged Check Valve – Spring-Assisted Silent Check Valve for Water, Oil, and Saturated Steam Systems

The Coliter® ZH5001 Flanged Check Valve is a cast iron silent check valve designed to prevent backflow in medium-to-large pipeline systems handling water, oil, or saturated steam. Featuring a spring-assisted disc mechanism, it ensures rapid, quiet closure to eliminate water hammer and protect downstream equipment. Rated for a nominal pressure of 1.6 MPa, it operates reliably within a temperature range of -20°C to 110°C. The valve body is epoxy-coated for enhanced corrosion resistance, and flange dimensions comply with the Chinese standard GB/T 15530.1. Available in sizes from DN40 to DN150, it is ideal for pump outlets, municipal water networks, heating systems, and industrial pipelines where maintenance-free, automatic backflow prevention is critical.
