QF3128 Brass Gas Ball Valve – Full-Port Quarter-Turn Shut-Off for Gas Piping Systems

The Coliter® QF3128 Brass Gas Ball Valve is a compact, full-port quarter-turn ball valve engineered for reliable on/off control in natural gas, manufactured gas, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) piping systems. Constructed from high-quality forged brass with PTFE seals, it ensures bubble-tight shut-off and long-term durability. Rated for a nominal pressure of 1.6 MPa and operating temperatures from -20°C to 60°C, it meets national safety standards for gas applications. The valve features ISO 228 (BSP parallel) threads—commonly DN15 (G1/2")—and includes a clear open/close indicator for intuitive operation. Its smooth quarter-turn handle and corrosion-resistant design make it ideal for residential, commercial, and utility gas lines where dependable, maintenance-free performance is essential.

Faq - Frequent questions

Coliter®’s gas ball valves are engineered for reliable, leak-tight shut-off in natural gas and LPG piping systems. The series includes standard models like QF3128 and QF3122, as well as lockable variants (QF5121A, QF5122) with integrated padlock or key-lock mechanisms to prevent unauthorized operation—ideal for utility, residential, and commercial gas lines. All valves feature high-quality forged brass bodies, PTFE seals for long-term tightness, full-port design for unrestricted flow, and compliance with national gas valve standards. Rated for working pressures of 0.1–0.5 MPa and temperatures from -20°C to +60°C, they ensure safe, durable performance with quarter-turn operation and clear open/close indicators.
