The Coliter® Z41X Rising Stem Soft Sealing Gate Valve is a high-performance isolation valve engineered for reliable, bubble-tight shut-off in water supply, HVAC, fire protection, municipal, and industrial pipeline systems. Its rising stem design provides clear visual indication of the valve’s open/closed status—making it ideal for above-ground installations where operational feedback is critical. The valve features a resilient EPDM or NBR elastomer-coated wedge gate that compresses against a precision-machined seat to ensure zero leakage, even after prolonged use. Constructed with a body made of grey cast iron, ductile iron, or cast steel (optional), and a stainless steel stem (materials include 45#, 1Cr13, 304, 416, or 316), it delivers excellent corrosion resistance and smooth operation. Rated for PN10/16 (1.0–2.5 MPa) and suitable for media temperatures up to 80°C, the Z41X complies with GB/T 12234, GB/T 17241.6, and GB/T 13927 standards. It incorporates a flat-bottom valve cavity to prevent sediment buildup, offers full-port flow for minimal pressure drop, and uses standard flanged end connections. Available in sizes from DN50 to DN400, it supports manual, electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuation—ensuring long service life, low torque operation, and dependable performance in critical fluid control applications.
