The Coliter® DZ15X Lock Soft Seal Gate Valve is a compact, threaded-end gate valve engineered for secure and tamper-proof operation in residential water supply, heating systems, and small-scale utility pipelines. Featuring a fully mechanical self-locking mechanism, it remains securely locked in any position—open or closed—and can only be operated using a dedicated proprietary key, providing an effective anti-theft and management solution. The valve achieves bubble-tight shut-off through a resilient NBR or EPDM elastomer-coated wedge gate that seals against a precision-machined ductile iron seat, eliminating leakage common in traditional metal-seated valves. Constructed from high-grade ductile iron (QT450) for the body, bonnet, and disc, with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel stem, it ensures durability and smooth torque operation. Rated for PN10/16 (1.0–1.6 MPa) and suitable for media temperatures from -10°C to 80°C, the DZ15X complies with Chinese standards including GB/T 12238 (design), GB/T 12221 (structure length), GB/T 13927 (testing), and JB/T 7307 (non-sealing pipe threads). It features a non-rising stem design and standard BSP parallel female threads (silk mouth) for easy installation in tight spaces. Available in sizes from DN15 to DN100, and coated internally and externally with non-toxic epoxy resin, the DZ15X is safe for potable water use—delivering security, zero leakage, and long-term reliability in residential and light commercial applications.
