DZ45X Lock Soft Seal Gate Valve – Mechanically Lockable, Non-Rising Stem Gate Valve with Dedicated Key Control
The Coliter® DZ45X Lock Soft Seal Gate Valve is a secure, tamper-proof gate valve designed for water supply, residential heating, and municipal pipeline systems where unauthorized operation must be prevented. Featuring a fully mechanical self-locking mechanism, it remains securely locked in any position—open or closed—and can only be operated with a dedicated proprietary key, providing excellent anti-theft and management control. The valve uses a resilient EPDM or NBR elastomer-coated wedge gate that seals tightly against a precision-machined ductile iron seat, ensuring bubble-tight, zero-leakage shut-off. Constructed with a robust ductile iron (QT450) body, bonnet, and disc, and a corrosion-resistant 2Cr13 stainless steel stem, it offers long service life and smooth operation. Rated for PN10/16 (1.0–1.6 MPa) and suitable for media temperatures from -10°C to 80°C, the DZ45X complies with Chinese standards GB/T 12238 (design), GB/T 12221 (face-to-face length), GB/T 13927 (testing), and GB/T 17241.6 (flange dimensions). It features a non-rising stem design to save installation space and standard flanged end connections. Available in sizes from DN50 to DN400, the DZ45X is ideal for district heating networks, building utility rooms, and public infrastructure—combining security, reliability, and maintenance-free performance.
