HC41X Energy-Saving Silence Check Valve – Ductile Iron or Stainless Steel Axial Flow Check Valve with Low-Noise, Low-Pressure Drop Design

The Coliter® HC41X Energy-Saving Silence Check Valve is an automatic inline check valve designed to prevent backflow while significantly reducing noise, water hammer, and energy loss in water supply, HVAC, fire protection, and industrial fluid systems. Unlike traditional swing check valves that cause slamming and pressure surges, the HC41X employs a spring-assisted axial flow design: when forward flow occurs, the disc compresses the spring and opens fully; during flow reversal or pump stoppage, the spring ensures rapid yet cushioned closure—eliminating sudden impacts and associated noise. The internal flow path is fully streamlined with a guide structure, minimizing turbulence and achieving one of the lowest pressure drops among check valves—contributing to system energy efficiency. A precision-machined sealing pair (typically ductile iron or stainless steel with optional NBR/EPDM elastomer) ensures reliable shut-off even at low differential pressures. Constructed from ductile iron, cast steel, or stainless steel, with a 06Cr19Ni10 (304) stainless steel spring and 2Cr13 or F304 stem, it offers long service life and corrosion resistance. Rated for PN1.0, PN1.6, or PN2.5 (1.0–2.5 MPa), it operates at temperatures up to 80°C and is suitable for water, oil, and similar media. Compliant with GB/T 21587 (design), GB/T 13927 (testing), and flange standard GB/T 9124.1, available in sizes from DN40 to DN700. As a direct replacement for conventional check valves, the HC41X delivers quiet, maintenance-free, and energy-conscious reverse-flow protection.

This valve is an automatic valve used in the water supply system to prevent the liquid in the pipeline from flowing in the opposite direction. It can effectively prevent the water hammer and noise caused by the backflow of the liquid in the ordinary check valve. The service life is the replacement product of the check valve.
