Coliter ® Digital Lock Balance Valve – PN16, ≤120°C, Static Hydraulic Balancing with Digital Scale & Locking for HVAC Systems
SP45F Digital Lock Balance Valve – Brass or Cast Iron Static Balance Valve with Integrated Flow Measurement Ports and Tamper-Proof Locking Mechanism
The Coliter® SP45F Digital Lock Balance Valve is a precision-engineered static balance valve designed to achieve hydraulic equilibrium in heating, cooling, and district energy systems by accurately regulating flow and pressure drop across branches. Ideal for use in industrial and civil building HVAC networks, it effectively solves the common problem of hydraulic imbalance—eliminating overheating/underheating zones and enabling significant energy savings. The valve features an intuitive digital scale display on the handwheel, allowing technicians to set and verify flow settings with high repeatability and ease during commissioning. Once adjusted, the setting can be securely locked with a tamper-proof mechanism to prevent unauthorized changes, ensuring long-term system stability. Constructed from high-quality brass (for DN≤50) or ductile iron/cast iron (for DN≥65), it is rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa) and suitable for media temperatures up to 120°C. It includes two integrated pressure/flow measurement ports (G1/4" or G3/8") compatible with standard balancing instruments for accurate flow verification and system diagnostics. Available in sizes from DN32 to DN350, with flanged end connections per GB/T 17241.6, the SP45F complies with international standards including EN 15437 and GB/T series for balancing valves. Its robust design, combined with precise adjustability and secure locking, makes it essential for radiant floor manifolds, fan coil units, air handling units, and central plant applications—delivering efficient, balanced, and maintainable hydronic performance.

The product is applicable to various liquid pipeline systems and is an ideal new energy-saving valve. The valve is equipped with digital display of scale, which can be intuitively adjusted to any position and can be locked.
he valve is mainly used in the heating pipeline system of industrial and civil buildings. At present, there is a problem of hydraulic imbalance in some pipe network systems. The balance valve provides a means to solve this problem. It can accurately adjust the pressure drop and flow to improve the liquid flow in the pipe network system, so as to achieve the purpose of pipe network liquid balance and energy saving.
In the reconstruction of double pipe network project, the application of this valve can still save energy and achieve good results.
