FSQ2015 Intelligent Manifold – IoT-Enabled Brass Distribution System for Smart Building Management
The Coliter® FSQ2015 Intelligent Manifold is a next-generation brass manifold designed for smart hydronic heating, underfloor radiant systems, and IoT-integrated building management. Constructed from high-density forged HPb58-2 brass, it features uniform, sand-hole-free walls with an average thickness of ≥2.0 mm, ensuring exceptional strength and resistance to thermal cycling and water hammer. The main header uses DN25 (G1") threaded connections, with a fixed center height of 210 mm. Available in configurations from 2 to 10 circuits, it supports standard PEX/PERT tubing sizes of 12×16 mm or 16×20 mm at a precise circuit spacing of 50 mm. Rated for PN ≤ 1.0 MPa and medium temperatures from 0°C to 110°C, the FSQ2015 is engineered for seamless integration with electric actuators, smart thermostats, and building automation systems—enabling remote zone control, real-time monitoring, and energy optimization. Includes live-joint outlet adapters for tool-free installation and maintenance, making it ideal for modern residential and commercial smart heating applications.
